Package Specifics…Price inclusive of daily rates and trophy fees. No substitutions. No refunds.
~ All prices quoted in US dollars.
~ $1000 non-refundable deposit required to secure safari.
~ Daily Rate/Trophy Fee Hunts…balance of the daily rates will be paid in full prior to commencement of safari. Trophy fees will be paid at conclusion of safari for all animals killed or wounded.
~ Package Hunts…balance will be paid in full prior to the commencement of the safari. Any additional animals killed or wounded above the package will be paid at the conclusion of the safari.
~ All payments to be made in Cash, Traveler’s Checks, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.
~ Indemnity…while every precaution will be taken, KMHA will not be responsible for any illness, accident, or loss incurred during any safari.
~ Medical…consult your doctor for required medications. Anti-malaria tablets may be prescribed but are not required. No vaccinations are required for South Africa.
~ Rifle Recommendations…calibers generating bullet speeds of approximately 2400-2800 fps are best suited for African bush hunting. Ultra mags and other high speed set ups are discouraged. Perfect plains game calibers are: .308 Win, .30/06, .270 Win, .338 Win Mag. Dangerous game hunts require a minimum of a .375 H&H Mag. Good quality bullets in calibers indicated are essential.
~ Archery Requirements…based on current legal regulations. Bow/arrow combinations generating at least 65 ft. lbs. of KE are recommended with moderate to heavy arrows and good quality conventional type broadheads.
~ Wounded Game…all wounded game will be paid in full without exception.
~ Climate…May thru September…varies from 60 to 90 degrees F. Cool at night.
~ Clothing…light hunting attire, warm jacket, comfortable un-insulated hiking books, gloves, knit cap, camp lounging attire. Bring warm clothes! It gets cold at night. Laundry is done daily so do not over pack. Recommended: two sets of hunting attire, 3 pair of underwear, 3 t-shirts, 3 pair of socks.
~ Dip, pack, and shipping of trophies will be done in SA and billed separately.
